EstateFormEdge.com provides professional real estate transaction services to clients located primarily in Ontario, Canada. By accessing our services, digital products, or purchasing goods, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to: (a) real estate transaction services, including but not limited to document preparation, closing coordination, and legal filings; (b) informational products such as digital guides, templates, and forms; and (c) physical goods, including printed documents and reports.

2. Real Estate Transaction Services

All service bookings require full payment upon scheduling. Clients may request a reschedule or cancellation at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date by contacting us. If a cancellation or reschedule request is made within this period, you may transfer the service to a new date at no additional fee. Any refund for canceled services will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the scheduled service, or after we have commenced document preparation or legal filings on your behalf, the service fee is non-refundable due to resources and legal commitments already allocated in your transaction.

3. Information Products

All digital information products come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of download by contacting us. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. No transfers or exchanges are available for digital products once delivered.

4. Goods

Physical goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be in original, unused condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds, less shipping charges, are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

5. Non-Refundable Services

Certain expedited, bespoke, or premium transactional services are explicitly non-refundable due to immediate allocation of specialized personnel and legal obligations undertaken on your behalf. This policy ensures we maintain availability and quality standards.

6. Refund Process

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction. Alternatively, you may choose to apply the refund amount as a credit toward future services. To initiate a refund, transfer, or reschedule request, please contact customer support with your booking or order reference.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
